Koniambo Nickel Mine Scaffolding, New Caledonia

Since the scaffolds would be used for industrial purposes, they needed better performance in strength and surface corrosion resistance than ordinary ones. In the week after receiving the requirements, we prepared raw materials and molds for special components and conducted a trial production. After passing the company’s quality test, the trial products were sent to Shanghai SGS, a third party lab, for testing against various standards. The sample products complied with the standards and were put into batch production. We coordinated with many units to overcome the obstacles due to the massive quantity and limited production time. We managed to finish the production of 5,000 tons of products within 30 days. Together with other mechanical equipment, the whole batch of products was shipped to the operation site in New Caledonia. The client was very satisfied with our products and decided to continue purchasing them in the later stages of the project. They purchased approximately 10,000 tons of products from us in total.
